Scrumptious Apple Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe

Scrumptious Apple Cinnamon Pancakes are a great Recipe Idea for Breakfast. We serve them with Vanilla Yogurt and a drizzle of Honey.

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups Self-Rising Flour
Pinch of Salt
1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1-1/4 cup Whole Milk
2 med Apples
4 tbsp Butter, devided

Topping:
Vanilla Yogurt
Honey

Combine Flour, Salt, Cinnamon & Milk, whisk well.
Core and shred Apples. (If Apples are to juicy, squeeze out Liquid)
Incorporate Apples to Batter, don't overmix.
Melt half of the Butter in large Skillet on med/high heat.
Place 3 big heaps of Batter in Skillet, cook until set and golden.
Flip Pancakes, continue cooking until golden.
Repeat with rest of Batter.
Place Pancakes on Baking Sheet in Oven on low temp to keep warm.
Top Apple Cinnamon Pancakes with Yogurt and drizzle with Honey.
