TRAFFlCKER Attempts to Meet With Buyer, Gets Greeted By Police

On October 5th, 2022, officers responded to an unverified tip about a possible narcotics deal. The situation was soon going to escalate beyond their control. The suspect fled the scene at a very high speed, so the officers decided to abandon the pursuit. Later, a K9 was deployed to search for any traces of drugs in the area. Upon searching the area, the suspect’s vehicle was found and towed to the Police Department for further investigation. Two months later, after following the suspect’s activity closely, the cops went undercover and planned a trap for him near a gas station. The suspect was charged with fleeing, possession of drug paraphernalia, delivery of controlled substance, unlawful use of weapon and battery upon a peace officer.
