Chris reads a speech done by Lani Rouillard, lawyer for Stacey’s Happy Place and describes how Alberta Health Services overextended it’s powers to all businesses (including the Whistle Stop Cafe, Adamson BBQ, and Outlaws Taphouse & Bar) and allowed its agents to manipulate the public into policing Covid-19 restrictions when AHS had no authority to do so.
