2023 1217 Another frame front and back carabineros patrol. Most of the time I return to the building where I reside I have to make a right turn, every time I have to do that, there are vehicles, on business days and holidays, stopping at the right lane, the lane where I suppose to be in order to do a legal right turn. That put me in a position where I either have to stay behind those vehicles until they leave, that can be a very long time, or do a right turn from the left lane, an illegal turn, I know the stalkers intention is to hit me, and blame me for the illegal turn, I’m very conscious of that, that why I assess the situation carefully, and proceed quickly, knowing I might have to drive straight at any second. In this case I saw I had maybe five seconds to do the turn before being hit by the white vehicle, hence, I proceeded, notice there is carabineros patrol very near, that something some elements of the NYPD do, to be near, in order to be the first in the scene, being their version the predominant, the witness of my wrong doing. If you check if this patrol suppose to be there at that hour, you’ll realize that probably was not the case.
