AOC is saying the grab and rob shoplifters who steal from stores are stealing bread for their families. Just look at all the bread these guys got for their family. The Congressional bartender demonstrates her vast knowledge of criminal and should head up our country's DOJ or at least Federal Bureau of Prisons.
