Why Was Ivermectin Under Attack?

Ivermectin won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Medicine. But its existence threatened a $200 billion vaccine enterprise. In order for the FDA to grant Emergency Use Authorization for the Covid-19 Shot no viable alternative treatment could be available. Thus Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine had to be vilified. Merck’s patent on Ivermectin expired in 1996 thus making it generic and inexpensive.
