For some reason this song first plays in the map / save rooms in the Chozo Ruins, but not on the frigate.

According to https://metroid.fandom.com/wiki/Metroid_Prime_%26_Fusion_Original_Soundtracks, the official soundtrack album was released only in Japan, on June 18, 2003, and I therefore believe it's no longer available for purchase.
