The Band Stand

If you are just eating meat, then why not take advantage of all that highly bioavailable protein with some resistance exercise?

The Band Stand is a compact, transportable, resistance band set including bands (x 4), bar (black anodised aluminium), door strap and handles. And of course, the Band Stand, a five layer laminated bamboo floor plate with non-slip rubber feet. Curved underside edges for smooth flow of the bands and no risk of damaging the bands (some plates out there have sharp metal edges that cut in to the bands). Rectangular for the ability to change band tension simply with a 90 degree change of orientation of the Band Stand. Ample space under the Band Stand for multiple bands, so you can parallel up bands for different resistance results with only four bands (12 combinations?). Dead-lifts, Standing rows, bicep curls, weighted squats and more. Using the bar alone you can also do standing bench presses, lateral pull-downs (using door strap), etc.
