US announces 10-nation force to counter Houthi attacks in Red Sea

The US Defense Secretary has arrived in Doha after visiting Bahrain and Israel on Monday. Lloyd Austin announced the formation of a multinational naval task force to patrol the Red Sea.

It's in response to attacks by Houthi fighters from Yemen on commercial vessels passing through the crucial shipping route.
