Two men from Ontario, Bruce McKinnon and Jon Rasmussen, created a business that converted pellet guns into real functioning firearms. It was a lucrative operation, but it was short lived. Bruce and Jon are now both sitting in prison, found guilty on a slew of gun charges, after their entire organization was dismantled following an 8 month police investigation, dubbed Project Renner.
