We are honored and grateful to be joined by Wayne Rohde. Wayne is a published author, blogger, podcaster and speaker. His first book, “The Vaccine Court: The Dark Truth of America's Vaccine Injury Compensation Program”, was published by Skyhorse Publishing in 2014. His second book, with a forward from Robert F. Kennedy Jr., about the Program, “The Vaccine Court 2.0” was recently released June 29, 2021.
He is currently writing his third book about vaccine injury compensation programs around the world regarding COVID injections and traditional vaccines. His book is scheduled to be released summer of 2024. His podcast Right on Point is a candid discussion of your legal rights, civil liberty ramifications, legalities of possible mandates of COVID vaccines and actions by our federal government and state governments. Plus exploring the untouchable topics within the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, the PREP Act, and the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program. Wayne has spoken frequently about the NVICP, the CICP, the PREP Act and other nation’s vaccine injury compensation programs, addressing many of its serious flaws, needed reforms, highlighting litigation trends, and conducting research and statistical analysis on case decisions. Wayne writes many articles on his Substack, dealing with the NVICP, the CICP and the PREP Act. Wayne is a co-founder of Vaccine Safety Council of Minnesota and coorganizing member of the new CHD Minnesota Chapter. Wayne and his wife Robyne, have twin sons, age 26, Nicholas and Austin. Nicholas was vaccine injured at 13 months by the MMR vaccine.
