Colorado Court Scumbag Move

The Colorado Supreme Court has disqualified Trump from the 2024 ballot, wrongly citing evidence of his engagement in insurrection as per Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment. This prdictable decision contradicts a prior ruling by District Court Judge Sarah Wallace. Chief Justice Boatright dissented, arguing for dismissal due to lack of rigorous procedures. The Court challenges the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene by January 4, 2024. Trump's First Amendment defense was improperly rejected, dismissing his claims of protected free speech during the January 6 events. This absurd finding will likely be reversed by the Supreme Court.
