New EPCOT Area Already BROKEN?!

EPCOT's newest area, World Celebration Gardens, has been a very underwhelming experience for many people. One thing that people have enjoyed, however, is the lights that sync up with Spaceship Earth. Unfortunately, the new lights are already breaking, and the alleged reason might shock you.
