AFTER ARREST NVDOC DEPTY DIRECTOR BILL QUENGA ASSAULTS ME FOR HAVING CAMERA & ASKING FOR INFORMATION.... August 30, 2022 About 2pm I was at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center filming from a public road when I was arrested in the public parking lot in front of the visitors entrance. I was handcuffed and placed in the back (HOTBOXED) of a police vehicle with the (I presume) air conditioning vents in the ceiling next to the prisoner cam were closed. The Deputy closed all of the windows in the vehicle locking me in with the exterior temperature of 95 degrees where I was left to sit and drip sweat (WE ARREST PEOPLE THAT DO THIS TO ANIMALS) while everyone outside shook hands congratulating themselves on catching the evil man with a camera... I am charged with #1 TRESPASSING #2 OBSTRUCTING PUBLICE OFFICER #3 DISTURBING THE PEACE ON PUBLIC GROUNDS.

I have built and run a local Reno business over the last couple of decades. Dealing with government on a daily basis I have seen some very good people that serve our community and I have run across some that are not so good.
Choosing to highlight my interactions with government comes with great fear to me. I choose to do this in order to create a record and share what our system is like with the long term goal of brining changes, fixing problems, highlighting good people and shining a light on the people that should not be paid to serve with our tax dollars. My view is there is no accountability for those that are government employees while they hold the rest of us accountable to them. I see this problem largely due to "qualified immunity" to begin with. Qualified Immunity is not a law that our Congress passed and President signed that was implemented by WE THE PEOPLE. Qualified immunity was created by the Supreme Court in 1967 to prevent the PEOPLE from suing government employees and holding them personally accountable when they harm the citizens they are supposed to serve.

The plan is to highlight the issue through First Amendment Audits creating a record of incidents to bring to the Nevada Legislature and demonstrate why we need to create laws to hold government employees EQUAL to the citizens they govern and bring accountability for all in the United States of America.
