Face in the Pit - Optical Illusion (I hope)

We've all seen these before. Noticed on the thumbnail screenshot for the Dump Danger video ... this is on the first dirt shelf of the critter pit/den. Interesting how it seems to be a distinct object thru filters and contrast changes. Likely some trick of light due to the reflective metal frame. ?
