Entrapment is a 1999 American heist film directed by Jon Amiel and starring Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones. The movie follows Virginia "Gin" Baker, an insurance agent who is also an accomplished art thief, who becomes involved with a master thief named Robert MacDougal in a plan to steal a valuable mask from the Malaysian consulate.
As Gin and Robert work together to plan the heist, they begin to develop a romantic relationship, which is complicated by their mutual distrust of each other. The movie features intricate heist sequences, suspenseful action, and twists and turns that keep the audience guessing until the very end.
