The gym leader of Viridian City isn't here, so I go out to look for him, passing by Pallet Town on the way. I get to Cinnabar Island, which is still covered in volcanic rock and I find a fat guy, who can teleport. Maybe he's connected to Blue's replacement? I can guess who that "boss" is he's talking about. Anyway, I find the new gym and Seafoam Island and find that you don't need to take any quizzes to reach Blaine this time. Once I beat him, I reach the gates of Route 19 to find that the debris has been cleared. Then I go back to Johto to see my rival at the Dragon's Den (she's only there on Tuesdays and Thursday) and then get 3rd place in the bug-catching contest. I think I should've kept that pinsir I caught.

Normally, I would post a link to where I got the game ROM, but I'm going to keep it secret, because I don't want the Nintendo ninjas to kill that website like they did with Emu Paradise.
