吃紅豆好處很多,不只可以消水腫、防便秘,還含有鎂,可以幫人抗壓力助睡眠。在冷冷的冬日,來一碗熱呼呼、軟綿綿的紅豆湯暖心又暖胃,但是紅豆湯的紅豆不容易燉爛,除非把紅豆泡水泡一夜,或著用壓力鍋快速逼熟。不過,日前就有台灣網友分享,快速讓紅豆煮爛的方法,不用開火就能熟透細密。

網友分享,煮紅豆湯前只要把紅豆洗淨瀝乾,裝塑膠袋冰在冷凍庫,待結凍後再拿出來煮,冷凍的水分變成冰後受密度影響,可以破壞紅豆的結構,讓紅豆更容易煮熟。使用電鍋,將外鍋放2杯水煮2次,接著悶10分鐘後開蓋檢查熟度,如果已經變軟爛,就可以加糖,並於外鍋加入1杯水繼續燉,開關跳起後就完成了。
▲小湯圓怎麼煮才好吃?
若想增加口感,加入小湯圓,該名網友分享,水煮開之後,把小湯圓倒入鍋,下鍋後要用湯匙或鍋鏟將湯圓推開,避免互相沾黏,等小湯圓通通浮起後再煮3分鐘,接著用漏勺瀝出湯圓加入3匙砂糖,這樣湯圓本身也會有甜味,口感比較Q,也不容易一下就硬掉。
