What does cancer or health conditions teach us? It teaches us to wake up! Sometimes it is a gentle tap on our shoulder, but most often than not, it is a punch.

Health is critically important, but most of us do not have it on 'our agenda' or our daily 'to do list'. If you don't put health on your agenda, it will find its way to the top of your list.
