Lets not hire based on education, skill or the ability to do the job

What we care about is diversity.

If i have a mechanic or doctor i do not give a shit if he or she is gay black or Asian.

What i care about is if they can do the fucking job

Apparently that doesn't matter anymore. This is why everything is going to hell.

The only thing that matters is can you do your job . Are u the best for that job.

Not if u are gay trans mixed ethic race whatever u get a pass even thou you cant do the basics of your job.
