Loops persistent pack update 08

Apologies for the abrupt cutoff. that was me too stunned in shock trying to ctl alt delete my way out of THAT! Didn't work btw. I may continue playing this update with another wolfs savefile, since they are supposed to update old saves to Persistant Packs when you load in again.
Well, with the way Loops looks I suppose we should have expected something like that XD
