UNICEF Child Friendly City Explained

Johnson City has been chose as one of 7 US UNICEF child friendly cities. But when the tagline is to "empower the voices of children" in a time where the government is demoting the voices of parents and ignoring parental consent. We should be rightly concerned. It sounds like Johnson City will vote this down in the January meeting. This is why you should encourage they do.
