Man gets into a physical altercation with a police officer in a Walmart parking lot

Marquez Lewis was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest, attempting to flee and elude, and third-degree criminal mischief. He was booked into Morgan County Jail on a $15,900 bond. Tonda Lewis was booked into the same jail on a $300 bond. The officer involved in the incident is currently on paid leave, recovering from the injury
