Train Simulator 2020 - New Jersey Coastline - Signals everywhere but what do they mean

In Train Simulator 2020 we are back at it with the New Jersey coast line DLC. We are faced with an ailing express train that is ahead of us. its struggling so we need to keep an eye on our signals to be sure we do not come up on the express. Have a hard time understanding some of these signals.
