Paul's Last Words to Timothy- 2 Timothy 1:1-18

Paul is facing his execution in a Roman prison after Emperor Nero blames the Great Fire of Rome on Christians. Paul knows this is the end of his life, he knows he's going to be put to death. In today's scripture study, we're going to talk about Paul's last letter to his son in Christ, Timothy.

With heartfelt emotion and final words of advice, Paul is telling Timothy how to be a good leader in the church, what qualities an effective leader has, and how to use God-given gifts to spread the Word.
