Green onions have grown

In a couple of weeks, the onion stems increased 3 times in size. The water in the jar turned red. It's the onion that colors the water. Back in the last century, onion husks were used to color eggs for Orthodox Easter. But now civilization has spoiled housewives :) Now everyone uses chemical dyes that they buy in stores.
