Merry Christmas 🎄

I wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a sincere and heart felt Thank-You for such an amazing 2023 so far.

I have made some amazing friends this year again & the new programs have been so exciting to start.

Looking back at the challenges & the changes we have achieved together blow me away.

You are all an inspiration & are the definition of a TEAM.

I will be taking a moment before I sleep tonight to think of all the people who should be here with me and who are missed terribly everyday and I will be saying a prayer for all those who need a little extra strength & love at this time of year and for those who are ill or fighting an illness, they to are in my prayers this Christmas Eve.

I am so thankful to be able to train with (in my opinion) the best workout community in the world & wish you all every happiness this christmas time & I am sending you Love & Best Wishes & a holiday filled with Love, Laughter, Joy & Happiness - Merry Christmas Everyone
