It's been raining a lot (again) in my little part of the world. This reminded me of the times I've spent in the tropics in the South Pacific. Are you able to hear the birds in the background through the relaxing sound of the piano and the pattering of the warm tropical rain?

CONCENTRATE.

STEPS:
1 - Use the suggested imagery as a guide and focus on transporting yourself to a warm, wet tropical forest. Let the soothing piano melody be the background and focus on the life in the forest, the birds and their sound. Concentrate and practice your breath work.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
