The Shack follows a father's return to faith after his youngest daughter is kidnapped and he receives a mysterious, personal invitation to meet with God in a place called 'The Shack'.

Sometimes what it takes to forgive is a real inner struggle with just ourselves and not fully with the other person. But once we forgive, the aftermath is a greater understanding of love that we wouldn't have had before. We find that it's better to forgive than to hold on to the wrong that's been done, we're able to move on and love again incredibly wholeheartedly because of the forgiveness that's been poured out on us by His Son who won the battle on the cross. We now have the ability to forgive and move on and love better than before.
