The Best Legislation for Cannabis Reform

Nancy Mace's new legislation on cannabis is the best we have right now, even though it's not perfect. Unlike other federal bills, this one doesn't require people to petition the court to be released from prison for cannabis charges. It's time we take a more just approach to this issue.
