Action Radio: Will the Real "Presidential Insurrectionist" Please Stand Up!

Currently I'm writing a huge Substack article at GregPenglis.Substack.com all about how it's impossible for Donald Trump to be an "Insurrectionist" and therefore not eligible to run like Confederate Democrats after the Civil War.

My other fascination and revulsion, and this is what the article is mostly about, is the complete lack of any mention of the stolen 2020 Election despite the absolute mountains of proof in so many different forms. This is the Truth, this is the proof, and yet not a single Gelding GOP lawyer has used the truth to defend Donald Trump.

It's like for the generations that the NRA never used the Second Amendment to defend gun rights because they didn't want the Supreme Court to limit our rights. Hello! The Second Amendment is an ABSOLUTE prohibition on government even infringing on our rights, and so it's impossible for the Supreme Court to legally touch the Second Amendment.
