Why Dave Ramsey is (kind of) wrong about credit cards

Dave Ramsey has some good advice when it comes to personal finance. But some of his advice is is out of touch for "average" people and is not good for individuals (or small business owners) who need capital to make purchases or get big-ticket items. What did he say, and where was he right/wrong?
