燕麥吃半年 膽固醇變正常

現代人健康意識抬頭,許多人都相當注重吃進肚的東西,有醫師透露,先前曾遇過一名男子有膽固醇偏高問題,因此建議對方日常飲食中「多吃1類型食物」降血糖、血脂,並曝光患者半年後回診抽血「數值就變得相當標準」。
台灣心臟內科醫師陳冠任表示,高血脂意即血脂肪或膽固醇,最主要傷害是「慢慢讓身體血管產生病變」,提醒膽固醇長期過高,就會導致血管狹窄、阻塞,若為心臟血管塞住就是心肌梗塞;腦血管塞住就是腦中風;腎臟血管塞住則為腎衰竭,恐有洗腎風險。
陳冠任指出,想預防膽固醇過高,就應避免飲食2地雷,一為飽和脂肪,像是紅肉、動物內臟等,另一則是反式脂肪,例如餅乾、乳瑪琳等,示警「長期食用會使壞膽固醇增加」。
陳冠任透露,過去曾遇過一名3、40歲的男子有膽固醇偏高問題,建議對方日常飲食中多吃燕麥,直到半年後回診抽血檢查,指數就變得相當標準。他舉例,除了燕麥之外,糙米、雜糧饅頭、雜糧麵包等都可歸在此類,這類型食物可降血糖、降血脂,進而減少腦中風跟心臟病發生機率。
