Ends up in cuffs without doing a thing wrong

This video is for news and educational purposes. To show what happens around this country on a daily basis. this is sad that the cop had no reason to treat em like that. They think just because they are investigating something that you have to id, that you have to aid them in doing their job. Which simply isn't true. This man was obviously aggravated, but I think he handled this situation like a boss. It was awesome to see a supervisor actually do the right thing. And he seemed like he actually wasn't all that bad. Go show hos channel some love. All info to the department and hos channel will be below.
