This Song is one of the FEW that isn't actually written by Elvis Costello, instead it was written by the Album's Producer, Nick Lowe...the Song was the Closing Track for Costello's third Album, Armed Forces, a BRILLIANT Album that was overtly Political in Orientation, that REQUIRED this Song as the Album's Closer, a sort of a Common Sensical, Moral and Emotional Plea for Humanity to start doing the Right Thing on their own, to Trust in Ourselves and Goodness, and NOT in Society, and it's Political Machination...
