Zander Bird made this mistake of insulting China for not liking the Disney movie Lightyear which is based of the Toy Story films.
The reason why the movie was blocked in China was because there was a gay couple featured in that movie. Now the kind og LGBT is different in China compared to LGBT in USA.
USA makes a big deal out of it, sexualizing it, publiziing it, grooming children, and putting in TV shows.
In China, they focus on more education and how to develop the country, and the last concern is LGBT. The plastic surgery in countries like South Korea are good, so the person so actually look the opposite gender, and they can change their first name.
There is no focus on pushing the LGBT agenda on the public. It's only focused on making China better, from food to culture
China is also known to cancel and ban anyone who makes fun of their country or insult them.
Malaysian-British comedia Nigel-Ng who goes by the comedy name Uncle Roger, made a joke about China, Taiwan, CCP, Huawei phones, Prezident Zi, and CHina's operations, and the Chinese government decided to ban Nigen Ng from entering China and ban him from the social media ap Weibo.
BLACKPINK member Lisa did the crazy horse dance, and China noticed, and she got banned too, and she is from Thailand. She didn't get banned from entering China.
China is serious about their traditions, which Zander Bird won't know about.
