New Years Resolutions Are Cringe

New years Resolutions are one of the things I hate most about the western world. They're pointless and make absolutely no sense. People rely entirely too much on motivation rather than discipline and that's why you see so many people not enjoying life as much as they could be. They don't want to put in even a little work even though they're going to reap a huge reward. Hope I didn't come across as an Andrew Tate clone, I'm really not a huge fan of the guy.
