Quiktrip Shoplifter Thinks She's Entitled To Steal

On January 7th, 2022, officers were dispatched in reference to a shoplifting case. While searching the female’s bag, officers found a number of stolen edible items. The female was charged with petit theft, resisting arrest and battery upon a peace officer.
