Nikki Haley Has The CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT To Declare That Slavery Was NOT The Cause of US CIVIL WAR

The UK Guardian carried an article about Nikki Haley's refusal to declare that the slavery was the principal cause of the Civil War. In this video, I extrapolate on the fact that Nikki Haley has the constitutional to declare that slavery wasn't the cause of the US Civil War. Freedom is a sacred right in the first ammendment to the US Constitution. Why the attack on Nikki Haley? She did not say anything, based on her direct quote, fundamentally erroneous. Yes, she did not provide proper context, but that's the nature of all politicians -- to sell a narrartive to their political audience.
