Kristina Camaj from Detroit is doing what she can to raise awareness

Doing 31 polar plunges in 31 days this month is the goal of Camaj as she is doing it to raise money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. SFX Camaj says she lost a boyfriend at the age of 22 to suicide and wants to help anyone who is struggling.
