BMW 2006 650i E64 Stick Get New Tyres/Tires So How To Reset FTM & State Inspect Through The IDrive

Failed state inspection due to tyre ware. Got new tyres so had to reset the TPM/FTM and the State Inspection and got ready to go into all the double secret push the trip set or BC mess but these are two things one can do through the IDrive and it isn't hard.
