Nuts 3 by B.R.P.D. (Doom II mod) - 99% kills 100% items 100% secrets

From what I read, it's impossible to get 100% kills because of a couple of the NPC's bug out in a wall or something.

Nuts 3 is a 2003 single-level PWAD for Doom II meant for limit removing source ports. It was designed by Bernard De Windt (B.P.R.D), who also composed the map's custom music track.

Nuts 3 is the sequel to Nuts and Nuts 2, but features a considerably darker and more serious tone than its two predecessors, including many custom graphics to represent an otherworldly, fantasy landscape.
