Is it ok for LAPD to force people they just dont like or ANYONE into Mental Facilities like they are doing to me for 46 years

As I've been STALKED and HUNTED now for 46 years since 5 years old. LAPD with Dr Ronald Barry Perelman, my father has launched an eradication operation trying to make it look like I am filled with anger suffer from mental issues, and need to be locked away out of his HATE for his 5 year old launching a WORLDWIDE eradication campaign to lock me away for basically NO REASON AT ALL.

They just want me DEAD or GONE since I was 5 years old and the majority of the entire PLANET EARTH helping hunt me since 5 years old which no one is even QUESTIONING what they are involved in.

They will say and do WHATEVER IT TAKES with their BILLIONS of dollars of resources to DEFAME my name in secret with their INTERNET based KILL TOOLS they've build around me starting in 1994. And these Mental illness tactics that they've been using on me with the masses literally start with my sick father when I was 5 years old.
