Glenn Guzi Cheated Death On 9/11/2001

Glenn Guzi made a snap decision to skip work.

“I woke up that morning and got ready to go to work, to leave to go to work," the Peekskill resident recalled. "I had a number of errands I needed to run, a lot of things to take care of. So I was going to go home early to do that. Then I just said, ‘You know what? What am I doing?’ I took my tie off and I said, ‘I can take the whole day off. What’s going to happen?’ is what I thought.

"The day changed and became something other than what I thought it would be," he said.
