This is [another] alternate arrangement, a slower-paced acoustic version with high-treble on the guitar - it does not work as well as I had hoped. With my fingers and arms now so disabled, it was impossible to play the inter-chording, and the song suffers because of it. What the hey, the lyric is what this song is about.
I can't believe I've been belting this song out for over 30 years now. I can't believe nothing's changed in 30 years either. Both statements are, sadly, true though.
