Bi~Vens: Demo Mas'she~Up

In Sept. 2013, three months after Edward Snowden shocked the world with his revelation that the NSA was gathering, monitoring, and storing everyone's electronic communications, I wrote a rather pointed privacy notice for my law office. And, instead of just sticking the notice/warning at the bottom of my emails and in small print nobody reads, I put it in a music video set to a mash~up of rock cover tunes I recorded with my *Reverend R* electric guitar.

Bivens, the SCOTUS case allowing for suits against Feds for violations of 4th Amd. rights, is STILL good law and this video STILL rocks !! 🎸
