Do I really need to give up food? | Fasting Ep6 | Know and Grow

Giving up food seems almost as bad as giving up air! So maybe that’s why a lot people (myself included) have promoted giving up other things instead of food. It’s good to give up other things, but unfortunately biblical fasting is about denying ourselves food or at least certain kinds of food.
