In this episode Bill talks with his friend, Navy Veteran and former drummer for the Ayron Jones Band, Bobby Jimmi.
We talk about growing up in the church and watching his Dad and family play music, his Dad as a drummer, joining the Navy and still wanting to punch his recruiter, how visiting Israel impacted his life, fun stories in the Navy and dating, duty days with the drum pad, and playing with bands in the Seattle music scene.
We also talk about getting to play with Ayron Jones, maxing credit cards to support his sister and her graduation, his first try-out for Ayron, receiving his Dads death bed blessing to go pursue his dreams in music, getting to play with the Rolling Stones and chop it up with Mick Jagger and Steve Jordan, playing the tin roof circuit with country artist Denver Massey, plus so much more.
