What did Zelensky's Office come up with to combat dissatisfied commanders of the AFU?

Before the New Year holidays, I received a very interesting letter in Ukrainian. Attached to it was a certain file. As it turned out, it was a draft document which was being developed by the SBU. The main point is that my former colleagues are afraid of becoming scapegoats in the conflict between the Office of the President of Ukraine and the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

By all indications, the letter was indeed written by SBU officers, but I do not exclude other options. In any case, the situation is interesting; as they say, there is no smoke without fire.
