The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation will grant Communities

One is the Patterson Building at 653 South Saginaw Street and the other is the Classic Tailor building at 641 South Saginaw Street. The Patterson Building was condemned in 2022 when part of the edge of its room collapsed and the rear of the Classic Tailor building partially collapsed last summer.
